Why is it called YERR Masks?

Yerr Masks started in Layerr. Coincidentally, -YERR is also a suffix to the artist's old username.

Does it have any utility?

WELL. Minting a Yerr Mask shows one being part of the movement, an early group of individuals and collectors of art in the superchain. No promise of price going UP, considering it is a free mint.. Certain mints though fund a pool which provides artists a chance to create art on L2 platforms.

Is there any chance to consolidate the NFTs?

Not at the moment. Platforms like Holograph, which allows people to mint and bridge, cost TONS of gas.
